Pink Lady Bug Designs LLC is a provider high-quality, uniquely crafted chocolates, gift boxes, and other fine products. They are selling these items to raise awareness and money for women’s healthcare programs.

  • We are a newly-organized company that is looking for equity and loans for start-up capital.
  • We plan to double our sales in Year Two; we will triple our Year Two sales by Year Three, and we will have a healthy cash position.
  • We will donate 50% from our after-tax profits for women&#8217’s health programs
  • Our business strategy aims to maximize cash flow and minimize overhead costs. We also aim to maximize returns.

Pink Lady Bug Designs was created to market the designs and concepts of Linda Herter. Linda has been involved and working in the merchandising sector since the early 1970&#8217. Linda was also informed by the Internet dotcom company that her employment was ending. Linda saw opportunity in every circumstance and decided to make a business out of her professional and creative abilities. The company has two major goals: to raise funds for breast-cancer awareness and to help women who cannot afford it. Our desire is for Linda’s story to inspire others facing similar challenges.

The Pink Lady Bug Designs business strategy bundles many features and critical factors that will be key to our success:

  • The Pink Lady Bug Story:
  • High-quality products only.
  • Contributing half the after-tax profits for women’s health causes
  • Being first to the market with very little competition
  • Partnering with a celebrity spokesperson
  • Establishing partnerships with suppliers and vendors of high-quality products
  • Customers who are emotionally driven to purchase a product that supports a cause will be sold a product.
  • There are between 20 and 30 million Americans who could be our market. This group includes 2 million women who have been diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer in the last decade. They also include their families, friends, care-givers, and loved ones.
  • Potential customers have shown overwhelming acceptance of our ideas, mission, and values.
  • Endorsements from large organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Breast & Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) and many more.
  • Forging two-way relationships with the American Cancer Society, BCCP and other websites.

Pink Lady Bug Design’s strength is in the combined talents and experiences of its principals. These are fueled by an uncompromising determination to aid in the prevention and treatment of life-threatening female diseases. We recognize our weaknesses in national marketing and distribution. It is through this recognition that we are forming synergistic alliances with companies and individuals that can provide counsel and guidance to launch our products nationally.

We need members who can bring the skills needed to achieve our goals and balance our team. Jim Herter was the Bigname University Food Services’ Business and Facilities Manager for 13 years.
