Wy’ ‘East Law Firm (WLF), an Oregon-based boutique technology law firm, is open for business. Richard Bloom, an experienced attorney who has worked previously for (name omitted), will lead the firm. WLF will serve all technology firm needs, with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions as well as qualified stock option plans. It handles both established and start-up companies.
WLF’ will continue to offer technology services, but we will also provide public interest legal services at subsidized rates. This will enable the firm’s technology practice to be able provide public interest groups legal help at a reduced cost.
WLF is a limited-liability company that was founded by Richard Bloom.
1.1 Objectives
WLF’s initial three years of operation have the following objectives:
- To establish a law office whose primary goal it is to exceed the customer’s expectations.
- To create a client roster that includes at least 20 companies each with revenues over $3,000,000
- To increase the capacity to serve public interest groups each year.
- To be able annually to offer legal services at a subsidized price.

The mission of Wy’East Law Firm is to provide the Portland community with technological and public interest legal guidance. We exist to help the public-interest community and to keep customers happy. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall into place.
