The Vette Kat Harbour Bed & Breakfast will be a charming bed and breakfast (B & B) located overlooking Vette Kat Harbour on our beautiful Caribbean island. The island is well known for its beauty and history. The B & B of Kayman St. Lucia will be established as an LLC and will live in the St. Lucia&#8217s residence. Their home is at the heart of everything B & B. There will seven guest bedrooms to choose from. The facility features a beautiful central living room, where guests can socialize, a private outdoor patio, and the Buccaneer Cuisine Centre.

It might seem unassuming at first, but you will soon notice that the white building has been decorated with flags from various countries. You’ll soon realize this is only the Vette Kat Harbour Bed & Breakfast. One of the staff may welcome you with a friendly gato goato.

From a famous French Gastronome Fromage LéGrande’s 18th Century portrait, she smiles admiringly from above a crackling fireplace. Just a few steps away, a charming courtyard greets you with French doors. Meanwhile, the sparkling of silver and crystal at nearby tables hint at what lies ahead. The stunning collection of antiques and art that the owner has amassed is a captivating backdrop wherever you look.

The inn’s personal and attentive service to guests will consistently be rated among the World’s Most Excellent by readers of Travel + Leisure magazine, as well as other publications. It will be easy to believe that anything is possible here. Breakfast can be delivered to your room or taken to the Terrace Room. If you want to go to the beach or countryside for lunch, staff will prepare a delicious picnic and recommend a route that takes you to some of most beautiful scenery on the island. Kayman is also a unique innkeeper with unique experiences and talents. Kayman has extensive experience as a chef, marketing VP, and B & B GM. Kayman has been the GM for world-class resorts, hotels and B & B’s each of which experienced escalated profits and program growth. Kayman will be assisted by numerous Presidents, famed Executive Chefs from television and industry magnates/titans/CEO’s. Kayman’s fame around the world on TV, the TODAY show and more will also bring TV exposure, shows and once again – Kayman will go live weekly on the radio and in magazines. Kayman will be assisted by his step-son, Max Nevis and wife, Jenne Sequa – both trained Chefs from Country Club and restaurant work experiences. Kayman will continue his work with the company he is a part of for 13 years.

  • To create a Buccaneer culinary centre that is sustainable and has its own cash flow. On average, customer comment cards should score 85 points or more
  • To be as eco-friendly as possible in all aspects of our operations, including water, power, emissions. Being a lighthouse for the region.
  • To contribute to the community in a loving and giving manner which allows us to preserve our island community. These awards will measure their contribution.
